The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control and Prevention (NCDC) intends to Engage a Security Company to undertake the Provision of Security Services at its three Campuses in Abuja and Lagos respectively for the period of one (1) calendar year. In this regard, the Centre is requesting for submissions from suitably qualified security firms/companies on financial quotations for the designated services.
2.0 ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
Interested firm/companies are requested to submit the following documents/information with verifiable evidence for assessment/consideration: Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
a) Evidence of Company Income’s Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years valid till 31st December, 2023.
b) Evidence of Pension Clearance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2023.
c) Evidence of Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2023
d) Evidence of current Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Clearance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2023
e) Evidence of Registration on the National Database of Federal Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers by submission of Interim Registration Report (IRR) expiring on 31/12/2023 or valid Certificate issued by BPP.
f) License/permit to operate as a security company in Nigeria
i) Company’s Profile with the Curriculum Vitae of Key Staff to be deployed for the project, including copies of their Academic/Professional qualifications
j) Verifiable documentary evidence of at least three (3) similar jobs executed in the last Three (3) years including Letters of Awards

NOTE; the Guards’ monthly payment must meet current minimum wage requirement.
All documents for submission must be transmitted with a Covering/Forwarding letter under the Company/Firm’s letter head bearing amongst others, the Registration Number (RC) as issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Contact Address, Telephone Number (preferably GSM No.), and e-mail address. The Letterhead must bear the names and nationalities of the Directors of the Company at the bottom of the page, and duly signed by an authorized officer of the firm). Prospective bidders are expected to provide their best offers, and should respond to this request in a sealed envelope with the name and address of the company written boldly at the back of the envelope. 5.0 OPENING OF SUBMISSIONS
The submissions will be opened immediately after the deadline on Wednesday, 26th April, 2023 at the Office of the Head, Procurement Unit, Ground floor, NCDC, Administrative Headquarters, Jabi, Abuja, in the presence of the applicants or their representatives.
6.0 GENERAL INFORMATION
a. The submissions must be in English Language and signed by an official authorized by the applicant;
b. Submissions made after the deadline for submission shall be returned unopened;
