Invitation to Tender for the Procurement of Items for Response to Health Emergencies for the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC)

In delivering on its mandate to lead the preparedness, detection and response to infectious diseases outbreak and public health emergencies, and in compliance with the Public Procurement Act 2007, the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) intends to procure some items for response to health emergencies in the country. In this regard, the Centre is desirous of soliciting Expressions of Interest or applications from the general public to pre-qualify for the Procurement of the underlisted items for response to outbreaks and other emergencies.


LOT 1 Procurement of Cholera MCM Assets Abuja

LOT 2 Procurement of Cerebrospinal Meningitis MCM Assets Abuja

LOT 3 Procurement of Ambulance Accessories for Nigeria Centre for Disease Abuja


Interested firm/companies are requested to submit the following documents/information with verifiable evidence for assessment/consideration:

a) Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Corporate Affairs

Commission (CAC)

b) Evidence of Company Income’s Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three

(3) years valid till 31st December 2022;

c) Evidence of Pension Clearance Certificate valid till 31st December 2022;

d) Evidence of Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate valid till

31st December 2022;

e) Evidence of current Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Clearance

Certificate valid till 31st December 2022;

f) Evidence of Registration on the National Database of Federal Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers by submission of Interim Registration Report (IRR) expiring on 31/12/2022 or valid Certificate issued by BPP.

i) Company’s Profile with the Curriculum Vitae of Key Staff to be deployed for the project, including copies of their Academic/Professional qualifications;

j) Verifiable documentary evidence of at least three (3) similar jobs executed in the last three (3) years including Letters of Awards, Valuation Certificates,

Job Completion Certificates and Photographs of the projects;


All documents for submission must be transmitted with a Covering/Forwarding letter under the Company/Firm’s letterhead bearing amongst others, the Registration Number (RC) as issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Contact Address, Telephone Number (preferably GSM No.), and e-mail address. The Letterhead must bear the names and nationalities of the Directors of the Company at the bottom of the page, and duly signed by the authorized officer of the firm).

Prospective bidders are to quote for not more than one Lot, are expected to provide their best offers, and should respond to this request in a sealed envelope with the name and address of the company written boldly on the back of the envelope. This must be submitted no later than 12 noon, Tuesday, 12th July 2022 at the following address:

The submissions will be opened immediately after the deadline on Tuesday, 12th July 2022 at the Office of the Head (Procurement), Procurement Unit, Ground floor, NCDC Headquarters, Jabi Abuja, in the presence of the applicants or their representatives.


a. The submissions must be in English Language and signed by an official authorized by the applicant;

b. Submissions made after the deadline for submission would be returned unopened;
